Currently, HOME has established strong partnerships
with four sites, which include Life Academy (San
Antonio District), Oasis High School (Downtown Oakland), Encinal
High School (West Alameda), and the
Bay Area School of Enterprise (Alameda Point).
Additionally, HOME offers mentoring programs at Woodstock Elementary
School and HOME Sweet HOME
Preschool and is partnering with the Alameda Youth Collaborative
and Girls Inc. of the Island City to support the creation of
a Teen Zine.
