4-Step Process For Applying & Enrolling:
- Complete the application (attached in pdf below) and submit
with a most recent transcript (or recent grades for 8th
graders).
- Attend an enrollment information night or a tour
- Attend a family conference with one
of the school leaders. The purpose of the conference is
to ensure that you have all the information you need to
determine if BASE is a good fit for you.
- Complete enrollment forms.
